Today my husband and I showed up to work (same place, different times) unintentionally wearing the exact same outfit: red v-neck sweater, gray pants, black boots. We are so lame.
J Crew narrow leg chinos, white Van Heusen button-down shirt, brown Clark’s boots, socks & boxers.
My wife and I do that all the time. Usually one will dress and go downstairs while the other is in the shower, then we both show up in the kitchen in the same outfit. The rule is the later dresser has to change, but only if we’re going somewhere together, which means usually just the weekends.
We’re lame too, but for myriad reasons.
Grey business slacks, black underwear, black socks, black ribbed tank from Target and black blazer.
it’s a working from home day today - wearing CK jeans, shirt/sweater/socks all from Joules and boots by Dune…tomorrow is dress-down day at work so I won’t be back in office-attire till Monday
Jeans, a thermal underwear shirt (blue with purple flowers), blue T shirt w/ embroidered Gordon Setter over that, grey socks, hiking boots. Oh yeah, and panties & a bra.
Dark brown boots, light brown pants, long dark brown sweater.
BLACK v-neck shirt, gray slacks, black shoes. heh. Pink bra, and pink panties. Yes, I like to match my underwear when I can.
Black t-shirt with a black raven design on it. Jeans. Black duster-type cardigan over that. Black vans. I’m comfy.
Brown Carhartts, brown shoes, Smartwools, boxers, white T, standard button-down, fleece, rain shell.
Brown Jcrew corduroys, green Jcrew cashmere sweater, brown Anne Klein flats. I am extremely boring in work attire.
Old Navy high-panel maternity jeans and a lavender and gray striped maternity top. I am so ready for regular clothes again…
Gray running shoes, dark gray socks, blue boxerbriefs, black Levis 505s, black “Marvel Heroes” t-shirt, a pair of Duluth Trading side-clip suspenders and a black Hawaiian shirt with purple parrots. You know, my regular work clothes.
Gray sweater, olive slacks, bra, panties, boot socks.
At the office today I’m wearing jeans, a navy blue polo shirt, and my black slip-on Merrells. For work I usually dress more “business casual” than casual, but most of the people here wear jeans every day and I just didn’t feel like “dressing up” this morning.
The last two times that my friend Steve and I have hung out together we’ve been dressed similarly. It cracks us up. Though I wonder if it should bother me (a straight woman) that apparently I dress like a gay man…
Jeans. Shirt. And a sweatshirt with the name of a college student organization.
I was given the sweatshirt for free (student group member of the month or something like that). And I’m wearing it because the temperature is near freezing this week.
Grey Cabela’s t-shirt over a white thermal, jeans - also over long johns 'cause it’s freaking cold at work lately, green socks, and green Merrell hikers.
Levi’s, U of A t-shirt, Nikes. I feel so underdressed compared to the rest of you.
Bathrobe. Yes, that’s it, just a bathrobe. Hey, I’m off work and don’t have to go anywhere, why bother to get fancy? Alice, you can now stop feeling undressed.
(If I do decide to go out later it it will be sweatshirt and blue jeans with long underwear, wool socks, and a coat and hat. 'Cause it’s cold out there!)
PJ’s. I came down with a stomach issue last night so I’m working from my basement.
Gap jeans, pale pink tank top, three-quarter sleeved hooded t-shirt with buttons. Wedding and engagement rings. Watch. Glasses. I am at home with two small people and bound to be covered in someone’s food.
