How about stretching them to make them larger. Some cultures stretch ear lobes, lips ,etc.

If youre gunna tatto them, then get a cool tatto.
The artist wont be able to match the color that closely, and when you get purple nurpled the tatoo wont change color with the rest of the nipple. So, why not get a more artistic or personal tatoo to draw attention from the nip?
I see. So if a woman doesn’t plan to have children, or to breast feed if she does have 'em, she should have her nipples removed?

I guess they can use permanent makeup to create this effect. If you feel stigmatized about it, go for it. Compared to what some people do to their bodies, this is tame.

I don’t think they are that small. I’m a girl, I think small nipples are cute, makes me want to taste them.
I agree with the poster who said not to just have them tattoo nipple on your… nipples…
Go for an actual tattoo instead

Or you could pierce them, and use a piercing with a “plate” behind it when you are going to be taking your shirt off.

I say go with the artistic tattoo, you can’t really go wrong there. Unless you continue working out and they’ll start to stretch, (do they??) it’ll look kinda weird.
