I think I have made French toast with about every bread type item available. Stale cake, crumpets and Scones (the last 2 were a savoury version). Must try pita.
Eggnog pancakes are delicious!
Make something akin to a rum cake.
Interestingly enough, not only will (spiked) eggnog probably keep, it might be SAFER in a few weeks.

We did those on Sunday morning… yummy!
Well, the eggnog custard jelled quite nicely without any additional cornstarch. It did come out grainy, though - I think once egg whites are beaten, they just don’t properly turn into custard. Or maybe I heated it too quickly. Also, oddly the stuff tasted much boozier than the original eggnog did.
