What can you google for and NOT find a Wikipedia link in the first page?

It probably is - if I go to google.co.uk, I get a Wikipedia link on the first page, but not US Google.

I’ve often found Googling for travel-related subjects to be annoying, because the first several links will be to commercial travel websites, even if there’s no relevant content on the linked page.

With that it mind, Googling the following terms provided:

I’ve been playing this game on and off with myself for years since I read this thread, and never found one for a common word (in fact, most of those mentioned in this thread don’t seem to work anymore). But I found one today while searching for something related to another thread: radar. The Wiktionary link shows up on the third page for me, and the Wikipedia link on the fourth.

I got it on the first page, sixth link. The first five are all weather sites. Likely because I check the weather every day.

No really, a Google search for “zombie” returns a Wikipedia pointer to the Cranberries song, but not to the noun (and hence, the basic definition).

This has nothing whatsoever to do with resurrecting a 11 1/2-year-old thread. At all. :rolleyes:

“railde”. A Portuguese given name, of several people on Facebook. The first hit is a youtube video showing its correct pronunciation, which is “Hyudjy”. This is a true and proper name of real people, no Wiki hit.

The page “Railde” does not exist. You can ask for it to be created.
