As a child, I was very fond of Egon from the Ghostbusters cartoons. As I got more into video games, I became rather attached to Luigi and Link (the latter especially after seeing the manga Nintendo Power carried right around the time A Link to the Past was released).
My current favorite is Charles Foster Ofdensen. (
in light of the season finale.)
See now, I got the impression that in the original Japanese, Minmay wasn’t nearly as ditzy/bimboish, enough so that there was some disagreement as to whether Hikaru should’ve gotten together with her rather than staying with Misa. But then, I don’t really speak Japanese all that well. And the clips I’ve seen of the ADV dub of Macross have made me reconsider.
I haven’t seen Robotech, but from watching Macross, I remember being intensely irritated at how easily Minmei went along with whatever crazy retardedness her cousin came up with. Misa was just a better choice.
I wouldn’t kick Betty Boop* out of bed for eating crackers, either. Jeepers, last call at the juice joint, brain embalmed from the hooch, I’d even lay down a few simoleans to take Olive Oyl* out to my struggle buggy for a little whoopee—that tomato’s tight chassis sitting on top of those hotsy totsy gams gives me the heebie jeebies!

IIRC, she does make a “eat the red carpet!” command of Peter that causes Quagmire (walking past the house and overhearing her yelling) to pass out, but she really was talking about actual carpet in this case.
I’ll give mine away by noting that Miss Mam’zelle Hepzibah, the female skunk in Pogo, was a hottie.
