What cartoon is this?

I’ve been trying for years to find out what show this was. Everyone I know remembers it but noone remembers the name. It was a Saturday morning cartoon show on sometime between 1985-1987. It was about two kids, a boy and a girl, who traveled around with a very small elfin looking fairy girl who had short pixie hair and pointy ears. The main plot point was that the fairy was essentially powerless until someone MADE HER SNEEZE. She would then get a burst of energy for a small period of time, usually just long enough to rescue the kinds or defeat their enemies.

Anyone know this show’s name?

THANK YOU!!! This place is great. Thanks to the many cartoon lovers of my generation out there, I have rediscovered the two great mysteries of my childhood! (The other one was huggabunch, see the thread about 80’s kid movie).
Glitter, yes that does ring a bell, yeah I loved that show too! I don’t think it was as popular as Rainbow Brite, My Little Pony, She-Ra, or any of the other girl cartoons of those days that everyone remembers.
