Both with and without the infinity gauntlet.
I assume Galactus. Anyone else? Vulcan? Eternity? The Celestials? Beyonder?

Squirrel Girl.
Ha. It didn’t even take two minutes…
That goes without saying :).
Sans gauntlet/infinity gems, I imagine any of the so-called cosmic entities could take him out. When Thanos was retrieving early infinity gems from those that possessed them, I believe he either stole them( The Stranger )or collected discarded ones( The Gardener ), rather than try and confront them directly. He was even careful not to engage Adam Warlock directly, but rather manipulated him as the soul gem was to big a threat to confront head-on.
He’s basically a souped-up Eternal on his own. Very powerful, but nowhere near Celestial-level.
The One Above, if she wanted to. Also Franklin Richards.
Legion’s powers in the comics seem to basically make him a walking Infinity Gauntlet himself — no extra hardware required. But then, for Legion … it’s always been a matter of controlling those powers.
I don’t know the characters well, but I’ve heard that if Antman could crawl up Thanos’ butt, and then expand to his normal size, Thanos would be torn apart from within. Is this feasible? What defense does Thanos have against such an attack?
Fruit of the Loom
I’m curious as to just how you-wanna-go-nuts-c’mon-let’s-go-nuts Professor X can go.
Those undead Vikings in that terrible Thor Max comic took on the Avengers and every single superhero who lived in New York City at the same time and easily won without a scratch, mainly because they literally were explicitly made to be unbeatable except with a very specific combination of heroes.
I think that it would be along these lines:
Also Thanos is pretty easily zombified in Marvel Zombies and seems very vulnerable afterward in his zombie state so there’s that route.
Uh, spoilers, I guess. Yeah, figure I’m doing spoilers. Well, speculative spoilers:
Doctor Strange, right?
Not according to the latest movie.
But in the regular Marvel Universe, definitely Doctor Strange, when he has his mojo working.
Why not his ears or nose?
Scarlet Witch appeared to be holding off Thanos with one hand, while destroying an Infinity stone with the other. If she had used her full powers on Thanos, I think he’s in trouble.
The way I figure it, he looked into the future and saw the way to beat Thanos; and he also saw various other ways it could go down that wouldn’t, y’know, work; so, with a shrug and an It Was The Only Way and a We’re In The Endgame Now, he took the action that I’d bet you’d bet will work out how he planned: I’d guess it’ll pay off in the next film, which (a) is just speculation on my part but which (b) I figure needs current-film spoilers, since it’s pretty much what he flatly said.
If we are talking comic universe, no one after he gets the Infinity Gauntlet. He defeated all the Celestials, Galactus, the Living Tribunal, and other super cosmic powers, all at the same time. He was only defeated by his own hubris. The Silver Surfer almost stole the gauntlet, but that was only because Thanos turned off his all seeing power to make the fight with all the Earth heros more entertaining (spoiler, he still beat them).
I could see an argument for Franklin Richards or the Molecule Man. Depending on the writer and the needs of the story, their powers come out as near infinite. In either of those cases, it would be a matter of who could think faster and plan better.
“Easily.” The question is “easily defeat.” Any plan that requires letting yourself (let alone half the universe) get disintegrated isn’t “easy.”
