I was thinking about this and I have had a job where my paycheck was issued, every day of the week. Most commonly I have been paid on a Friday, but I have had pay day fall on every day of the week, including one job that paid the checks out on Sunday

So what about you, what day of the week does your current payday fall on?

Since my payday falls on the last business day of the month, this cycle that’s a Friday.

Ostensibly Friday, but it hits my bank at 5:30 Thursday afternoon on the dot.

Every other Friday. (Salaried office job.)

The Other Shoe recently acquired a p/t retail job that … pays every other Friday. (We’re off-schedule from each other, meaning $ trickles in a little more constantly, rather than in bursts. Which totally rocks!)

Thursdays.

I get paid on the 1st and the 15th, so whatever day that falls on…I think it is the earlier business day if it falls on a weekend.

Currently, and most of my jobs, every other Friday. My first job I got paid every Thursday. At a couple of points in my life, every day (I got paid cash [off the books] at the end of every day).

First of the month; money will hit the account one day early or late if the 1[sup]st[/sup] falls on Saturday (our weekend is Friday+Saturday)

I’m self employed so I get paid on whatever day it happens that there’s some money left after everything else has been paid.

I do remember one job though, at which we were paid on Tuesday. Someone asked the boss why once because it seemed odd to him. The answer was that when payday was Friday guys from the warehouse would call him, or their supervisor to bail them out of jail. He didn’t like getting up at night, and after he moved payday to Tuesday the jailhouse calls slowed, and eventually stopped.

We have to pick up our checks in person at the main office every other Friday after 5:30 pm-no direct deposit, no mailing them, and no friend or relative picking it up for you.

I’m paid on the last business day of the month, so it varies just a bit from one month to another.

I get paid the 15th and the end of the month, but if these dates fall on a weekend then it is early, except during eclipses of the moon or St. Swithin’s day, when …

That was when I stopped reading the document and went to read a manual written in Chinese English for relaxation.
So the next one is Friday, unless it is Thursday. It is never late, at least.

I get my paystub every other Friday (or three times this month. Woo!)

I get paid directly to my bank Thursday at midnight.

I’m paid fortnightly, on alternate Thursdays, directly into my bank account. Today is a pay day.

I am paid once a month. I shoot for the last Friday of the month, but sometimes the client has not paid his bill yet, so I have to pay us late.

My husband gets paid every second Wednesday.

Federal paydays are biweekly on Friday, but my pay is always in my account on Thursday morning.
