Which upon reading beggars the question what the heck did Cecil do to warrant someone pointing a gun at him ?

Was there an attempt by the illuminati to take out the man who knew too much?

Perhaps a cadiriu fetishist driven to rage by Cecils’ flippant denunciation of his pastime took things too far?

We all know that the All-Knowing survived the incident but IYHO what could possibly have driven someone to such dizzying heights of stupidity as to take on the man who doubtless knowing the current wind speed , air-friction cooeficent and borecalibregunthingy could easily have sidestepped any bullet in a balletic move that would make Keanu Neo weep ?

And what IYHO would have been the payback for such idiocy ?

Payback? What payback would be needed? Cecil would just cut the attacker down with a deft one-liner, no doubt leaving the poor human being in tears and begging for forgiveness.

I got a gun pointed at me once for our having a taillight out.
I was in the car with my mother, who was driving.
The cop was just paranoid, explaining “You never know when a routine stop picks up an escaped felon”.

Maybe he was reacting to an APB that was on his radio, maybe he was new. Maybe he was just mean. But he scared the shit out of us.
