It doesn’t sound like “party” to me. It sounds more like “Batang” which maybe is a local word? It’s the name of a Korean font after all, so maybe means something. Or maybe it’s a similar-sounding place name.
I keep thinking he screams “mark time!” … but that wouldn’t make sense in the context. Haha.
