I always thought that, whatever it was, it was in Korean. Here’s why:
They appear to be competing in Taek Won Do, based on the kicks and on the protective equipment. And Taek Won Do is Korean.
It sounds like she’s saying “Yay huaahhh!” Whatever that means.
According to yoyodyne in this thread, she’s saying “tramp” or “slut.”
