Sooooo cute!

Aww, thanks
Darn kid keeps getting older, and is now almost 11 years old! Here she is more recently:

(actually this pic is pretty old too, but stupid laptop is sabotaging anything recent)

What the hell, I’ll play.

Not highschool but first semester in college so around November 1985 or so. Taken by a girl I REALLY wanted to, um, get to know better.

The hair went ALL the way down. My grandmother bought me that jacket.

My mom’s second wedding - December 1, 1984. I am 15. Dig that hair.

You have me curious now… and the link doesn’t work.

Fun thread!

Yearbook picture, class of 89, with requisite 89 hair.

Ditto. With how much Diana brags about how purty she is, I was looking forward to this

Sadface indeed. Let’s try photobucket.

Senior picture

and bonus 20 year reunion picture (with a warning that I was a bit tipsy, and look it).

All that ‘soft-focus’ stuff was rather wasted on me at 18. Coulda used it 20 years later.

You closer to 10 years older than 20.

There are some super-hot Doper ladies here!

Here’s my 10th grade school ID, 1986. I have a whole Prince/Pat Benatar/Flock of Seagulls thing going on all at once.

I can’t say the haircut or the glasses were good…fortunately, you were beautiful!

With just a touch of Bowie. At least he’s still cool.

Seriously though, you’re very pretty, and none of us were doing ourselves any favors in the 80s. Let us all take a moment to give thanks for the advances in hair product and eyewear since then.

Blackberry, your daughter is absolutely beautiful. Takes after her mom.

Cool photos. This oneisn’t graduation, but just a few years before, probably about 1961. Note budding greaser hairdo.

That’s a badass DA, Chefguy.

Sunspace you have ALWAYS been adorable!

You graduated from Wheelersburg? Awesome. I went to Shawnee for my BA and lived all around Portsmouth, but I grew up and still live just outside of Athens. Of course, I’m quite a bit younger (in 65, I was -21), but it is still cool to see someone from around here on the boards.

Also I just realized that I’ve posted this as my profile photo here–it’s from my ID card sophomore year of college. Obviously, I decided to take a haircut sometime between graduating high school and my second year of college.

Thank you so much  I think she’s beautiful too. She does take after me now, but as a baby she looked exactly like her dad and nothing like me! Now she looks just like both of us.
