It’s purpose is for all those who are fighting the battle of the bulge to be able to post their weekly weight loss and be held accountable and for us to provide encouragement to each other.

I have lost 3 lbs this week for 37 total on my new nutrition plan. I’ll let everyone know when I am at my goal.
Count me in. I haven’t been keeping track (the scales broken), but I need to lose about 10 lbs or get back into a size 8 pants, whichever comes first. I’ve just started exercising again, so it’ll probably be at least a couple of weeks before I see any results.
I’ve lost three pounds this week, but that’s because I haven’t eaten significantly in a couple of days. (I feel like I’m getting the flu, and the thought of food is making me nauseous.)
My Fatboy Slim CD (I think my brother stole it) and 3 pounds…whoo hoo…Of course, I can’t walk very well because I did squats (I walk like a old man and my face looks like I am holding back a serious need to go to the bathroom)
AuraSeer: If you really think that you are coming down with the flu, get thee to a medical practitioner! I have had “the flu”, I mean the real thing, and it is not to be taken lightly. Most of the time when people talk of having “a slight case of the flu” or the “flu bug” or “three day flu”, they are talking about something that is not the flu! (It is usually some form of diagreement with something eaten) The honest-to-God-flu is no fun!
Well, I lost 27 lbs. in 6 weeks, but 9.5 of it was baby. I need to keep going to lose the rest of the pregnancy weight and the 15 pounds I started putting on when I hit 35. Count me in.
I’m in…like I said in the “obesity” thread, I’ve lost 15 pounds so far, and need to lose 100 more. Managed to get back into walking regularly after having a BAD cold last week. Just hoping I can keep it up this weekend…going on vacation for three days.
You don’t want me to sweat and grunt? Well, I guess it would depend on what I’m doing! I have a feeling I could pick you up and twirl you over my head without even reaching my target heart rate! :o
I often worry about my weight, because I definitley don’t get enough exercise. I try to walk every night for about an hour, but sometimes I fall off of the wagon.
I check the scale every morning.
I was wondering what the proper weight for a 6 foot guy is?
I get confused about that, and it makes me feel big and fat.
