This thread is a spinoff of the obesity thread.
It’s purpose is for all those who are fighting the battle of the bulge to be able to post their weekly weight loss and be held accountable and for us to provide encouragement to each other.
It is open to anyone who wants to join out little (no pun intended) group.
I have lost 3 lbs this week for 37 total on my new nutrition plan. I’ll let everyone know when I am at my goal.
