I thought of sausage gravy.
My Grandma and I took one of those a-city-a-day bus tours of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. And each day the given city would serve the signature dish – we got schnitzel pretty much every day. I am not complaining!
That’s exactly what I came to post.

In Vienna, you can buy a variety of schnitzels. One restaurant I used to eat at offered Wiener Schnitzel (Vienna style), Pariser Schnitzel (Paris style), and three or four others. Pretty much the same dish, but with a variety of sauces.
