I can’t decide what to make for lunch, so I’m throwing it open to the dope. I’ve been to a couple of international markets lately and have lots of options, so which should I make? I have the following:
*Green Curry paste
- Patak’s Curry paste (coriander & cumin base)
*Vegetarian Tom Yum paste
*Spice paste for Pho Noodle soup
*Kao Soi seasoning mix (egg noodle curry mix)
*Spice mix for Chicken Nawabi
*Laab-Namtok seasoning mix
I have assorted mushrooms, veggies, and tofu on hand. What sounds good to you guys?
