On my office computer, I’ve got the Frank Black and the Catholics album Pistolero in iTunes. In iTunes, of course, you have the browser-type library window, which lets you see all the music you’ve got on that machine. For some reason, the titles of two of the songs on this album display in iTunes as Chinese characters.
I enlarged the font as much as possible and took screenshots in the hope that someone can read this for me. It’s not terribly important, of course; the music still plays fine. I’m just curious to know what it says.
For the song “You’re Such A Wire,” this is what displays as the title.
For the song “I Think I’m Starting to Lose It,” this displays as the title.
Again, this happens only on these two songs; the rest of the album displays fine, as do all my other albums. By the way, I ripped it onto the computer directly from a store-bought CD.
Any help? I know the .jpgs are rather small, but it was the best I could do.
(Mods, I couldn’t decide if this belonged in CS or GQ. Please move if appropriate.)
