I am not a Doctor, but it sounds as though spiders have laid their eggs beneath your epidermis and they are beginning to hatch. If you suddenly see thousands of baby spiders pouring out of holes they have chewed through your skin, you will know my diagnosis is correct.
In other words, go see a doctor. We don’t do diagnostic threads here
The only thing that comes to mind would be if you had a dent in one of your bones. 
Sorry, if there’s a problem, better get it looked at. Hypothetical medical questions do fine here, but specific questions about personal medical problems are frowned upon.
