Generally read. Sometimes discuss the program with MrsWarrior (although this often annoys her). Exceptions are shows with complicated plots - West Wing I can’t read through (hey it’s complicated for someone who knows nothing about american politics)
Mastrubate.
The only TV I really get to watch, is early in the AM during my morning workout. 'Cept for when that “Girls Gone Wild” infomercial comes on, then what Michael Ellis said…
Wonder why I haven’t killed myself by watching the trash on TV.
Depending on the show, I play computer games while half-watching… or play guitar while giving the TV most of my attention!
Hmm… The Bachelor just came on. Computer games or guitar?
Hmmm…
I read. TV is usually too boring to just sit and watch. It takes forever for anything to happen. When something does happen that is interesting, then I can look up from my book.
Fix supper, eat, read, clean house, surf the web, play Civ III, work on various projects, and occasionally narrate the visual highlights of the show for my wife.
Not all at the same time, of course.
Clean out Jessica’s toenails.
Substitute “throw” for “Christmas tree skirt” and “quilt” for “cross stitch” and there I am. I have to have background noise, and I like the “company” when I eat (yes, I do know the difference between reality and TV --for now, anyway
), but I rarely just watch.
Knit,
read,
eat,
use the computer,
sometimes all 4 at once.
I very rarely just watch tv…
If it’s a really good show - one I really want to watch, it’ll probably be just knitting (but non-complex knitting).
