What do you see when you open your bedroom window.

I don’t. Bedrooms are for sleeping and sleeping is best accomplished with no light. My dream house has all bedrooms in windowless rooms.

Since I don’t live in my dream house, my bedrooms windows are covered with think drapes and blankets hung over them.

If I could see out of them, I’d see the backyard and the house behind ours.

I can see my garden, with the neighbours’ house at the bottom of it, and to the right of that a view down the road maybe 150 yards or so with suburban houses on either side. (My house is on a corner plot.)

I would love to a house where I couldn’t see any other houses from the window.
