Its force-fed, artificially fattened goose or duck livers, and I love them very, very much. Its production offends the PETA crowd, and I can’t afford to eat it much as its really expensive (somewhere around $60 a pound) so hence its evilness. Well, or coolness, WRT PETA. Fuck PETA.
