I use kazaa and limewire. I prefer kazaa, you get great speeds, and it is real user friendly. Direct X is good for porn.
And i have never heard of link deleted. When did that come around?

I think what I have is a 56K. At school I have a T1.
I use BearShare. It seems okay although I don’t get as many accurate hits as when Napster was at its height. Dammit, I miss the old Napster.
Uh-oh! Let’s ignore MP3s, Napster, and piracy unless you want the file-sharing dogs to be released. None of us need that.
For general file-sharing (abandonware, roms, patches, mods, levels, and you certainly can’t forget PORNO) I use KaZaA!, it’s pretty much the best out there.
If you’re using BearShare, switch to LimeWire. It’s much more user friendly, but based on the same network. I wouldn’t suggest using the outdated Gnutella-based software, though.
WinMX is okay but spotty. I can only seem to get two or three servers connected at once.
