I immediately pre-ordered a band’s new album the other day and, as I noted when I saw the advertisement, there’s a pre-release this month and an official release next month. As far as I can tell there’s no “digital download”, no iTunes, whatever. It’s just a normal CD. So what does pre-release mean for me?
Pre release I ordered meant that I got an official signed copy CD by post before the release date.
