She usually puts the message in tiny script in parentheses somewhere. I haven’t figured out if she is posting from a foreign country, and that is why all the different types of characters, or from some sort of super-technical keyboard. I did write her an e-mail asking about it, but she never responded. However, she is never unkind, and I think her posts add a little variety and color, not unlike SILENT BOB’s posts.
It’s apparently a stick figure with a thought balloon. I don’t quite see that, though.

I think she’s been OK, and since the first lame day she’s added stuff. It’s not going to put Leno out of a job, but beats silent-bob in my book, since he put himself in a smaller box, but she adds (or do I have to say “added” past tense) words to the smiley. Here’s one from each.

As to the bandwidth complaint, the main loss of bandwidth is the entire threads by Inky- and MagicalSilverKey. They weigh in at some 100kb, and the parts by our “silent friends” combined comes to less than 1kb of that. That means, they actually used less bandwith than the average poster on the threads.
If this is goodbye, Sweet Sue, good luck in future endeavers! I was a fan.
I really like both Sue and Bob.
I hope they both stick around. Nice people are fun to be with.
And, besides, Bob is starting to talk now.
I think they are both cute. When I see either of them as the last poster, I look to see what they “comment” on. They seem very harmless and maybe a little childish, but since when did anyone get banned because their comments didn’t meet a certain level.
You could probably throw out about half of the MPSIMS regulars if you don’t allow a regular dose of less than intellectual comments. And most of the Pit crew would be out of here too.
Silent-bob & Sweet Sue both seem to just add a little cute aside. As far as I know, neither disrupt serious discussions in GQ, Comments or GD.
Personally, I like both of them.
