1969 here. There are too many pages here for me to see who I coincide with. How about a poll consisting of every year from, say 1945 to whatever 18 years ago was. Then all I’d have to do is click a clicker on the internet.
Sampiro posted such a poll some time back.

I have been going back through these threads checking profiles for latest activity, birth years, ages, and that sort of thing.
Here’s what I know so far about the Over-60 Dopers group, and I’d appreciate any help in filling in the missing details. The names with no additional data shown came up somewhere along the way and I’m not sure they should really be on the list.

Sweet. I can think of only two possible years that are palindromes. 1991 and 2002. It would take 99 more years to have another one. 1961 however is quite unique.
I’m from 1953: Stalin died, the Korean War ended, Playboy started publication. Waiting for Godot debuted, as did The Crucible. Disney had Peter Pan, Salk announced his polio vaccine, and Ian Fleming produced his first Bond novel. Mickey Mantle hit the longest home run in baseball history. Crick & Watson published their findings on the DNA molecule. REM sleep was discovered. The first Corvette was built. So, not too bad a year.
