Heinlein’s multiverse, of course!
Toril. But only because I’m in love with Drizzt.
Barring that, I suppose any DnD world, or fantasy world. Or one of my own making. I make neat worlds.
I wouldn’t mind being superwoman though

I would have to say Venice as in “Dangerous Beauty”. I love the romance of the Shakespearian eras.
Most definitely, I’d want to live in Anne McCaffrey’s Pern. Real dragons, fire lizards, pollution free world, and numb weed for injuries!!!
Most definitely Piers Anthony’s Xanth. But only on the condition that I had a great magic talent–none of this turning urine blue or causing people to trip over their own feet. I want a real talent, like becoming invisible or flying. Otherwise, I’ll stick with Utah.
The Star Trek universe would be good, but some days I’d prefer the Hundred Acre Wood, with Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and all.
Or, on second thought, maybe the Okeefenokee Swamp, with Pogo and friends.
(So I’m not into slaying dragons or shooting up the place. So sue me.)
Well, considering the only fantasy/sci fi book/series I’ve read, is the Shannara series ( back in high school) I would probably say that.
Although, living my life like Indiana Jones would be pretty cool.
“We named the dog Indiana.”
Camelot.
When I saw the title of this… Pern came to mind. But only if I could be a Dragonrider… not during a pass though. Me and Cortrath could go exploring the southern continent… (Yes I have thought about this enough to make up the name of my Dragon. And shes a gold)
I also would like to visit the Vale of Aldur as well or maybe be a dryad. (Considering the way I feel about chocolate maybe I already am part dryad…)
I’d also think of Lycosia (my RP world) but only to visit and not very often seeing as how even if you are a peaceful person you get singled out to be killed just for looking at someone too long. (But I’m not bitter ;))
And thats where I’d like to be if I could. Or maybe I’d just be a creature of the Nexus and be able to move between any reality I like. Then I could go anywhere I wanted.
The world of Final Fantasy VII - after Sepheroth and the Shinra have been defeated, of course.
Pern(as a Dragonrider or a harper).
Discworld.
Star Trek.
Star Wars.
Narnia.
I already live part time in a fantasy world…Elanthia (Gemstone III, a MUD). Just ask my husband and daughter, they KNOW that when I’m in that world, that I’m not in this one.
Otherwise, I’d like to live in Discworld, if I can be a witch. But not in the Ramtops. That’s too close to Granny Weatherwax, and I don’t need that sort of competition. Of course Nanny Ogg lives close to Granny, and that never stopped HER from having a good time. But nothing stops Nanny from having a good time.
Otherwise, I agree with Kyla.

Puff the Magic Dragon
Gotta be Pern. Or maybe the alternate Earth where Anita Blake, Vampire Slayer lives.
I’m with Spiritus (and Ukulele Ike, for all practical purposes): the Castle Anthrax is a more than sufficient fantasy world for me!
With respect to more traditional fantasy worlds, Stephen R. Donaldson has created two of my favorites: The Land, of the Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever, and Mordant, of the Mordant’s Need duology.
I’d also like to be in David Brin’s Uplift universe, to have the company of intelligent, poetic, ribald dolphins in a universe where killing off higher lifeforms is a manifestly bad idea from the standpoint of plain old-fashioned power politics.
Lloyd Alexander’s Prydain wouldn’t be too bad in a pinch, either.
Silly place.
If I couln’t hop the starchair “Enterpoop” to Uke’s world, I’d have to go with Amber. But only if I were a member of the royal family.
Do erotic stories count? Hehehe, no just kidding…
I’d have to say the pre empire starwars universe. I mean, everything was so nice and happy, then that bastard palpatine came along…
I’d have to be a Prince of Amber. Gotta have the cool sword and all.
The Well of Souls!!!
Only if I could be sure I’d get turned into one of the interesting species, and not a human, of course.
Heinlein’s Multiverse would be good, of course.
My first thought was to live with Arthur Dent and Ford Prefect throughout Douglas Adams’ The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series.
But then I saw someone mentioned the Hundred Acre Wood and decided I would love to be Tigger (T - I - double guh - ER).
