What flavor was my truffle?

This isn’t a Bilbo Baggins thread in re: what candy did I eat.
I was at sister in law’s house on Christmas Eve, and was going through her candy. I found one partidularly tasty. Curiously, she asked me what kind I was eating, at that exact moment. I wanted to say “Kind of butter creamy, and orange-y and lemony.” but, I didn’t want to sound like an idiot, so I said “I can’t really say.” She said “Kind of butter creamy, and orange-y and lemony?” or, words to that effect. At any rate, her guess was remarkable, to me-but the candy was even more remarkable! I have tasted it a lot of times before, but, this is the first time I ever decided to find out what kind of candy it is. Her candy box is long gone, so I can’t ask her to check for me.
Do any of the dopers know what flavor of candy this is?

Thanks,
hh

I’m pretty sure that if you check the little legend on the lid of the box, the name will say “Kind of Butter Creamy and Orange-y/Lemony”.

You knew someone had to do it. I think it might just be an Orange creme though.

Well, yeah. I was rather tempted to do it myself…

Best wishes,
hh

Do you know what brand it was?

IIRC, it was ‘Sees’ brand.

Thanks,

Any of these ring a bell?

Note: the lemon buttercream truffle has a white chocolate crisscross on top. was it that? Or Key lime truffle, which is all white?

Hmmmm…I recall some of the delicious ones were crisscrossed, but not THE one. Maybe. Not the Key lime, because it was brown.

Thanks for looking!

Best wishes,
