A really good workout, especially yoga.

Great classical music - Beethoven, Bach, Ravel, Debussy, etc.

The sea. Not the Caribbean in winter, though. The Gulf at the tail end of hurricane season, or the coast of Maine in winter, or Hawai’i’s North Shore when 50 foot waves are bearing down and you know she’ll kill you if you take one wrong step.
Pyrotechnics. Not watching them, the behind-the-scenes stuff. Setting them up and setting them off.
A class that goes well.
