I just tried to go to their website to enter some new movies I purchased in their database and everything’s changed. The main link now takes you to a message board called “film talk”. I like talking about movies but where’s the database? I tried to sign on but it’s not recognizing me as a member. Did the changeover to the new format delete all old accounts? Are all my database entries gone? WTF?
Did you try going here? It says you have to migrate your collection to version 2.0.

I just tried migrating my old account over. But it’s saying it can’t find my old account. I’m getting a bad premonition on this - I spent months building that database and now I suspect it’s lost.
In case anyone cares, I finally cracked this problem. When DVD Aficionado (or DVDAF as they now prefer to call themselves - I’m guessing marketing thought they needed a new “cool” name) switched over to their new format, among the many changes they wrought was to change usernames like mine. “Little Nemo” is now “little-nemo” - a minor change but one it took me over two weeks to figure out because they made no mention of this and their help sections are a joke. Their new format seems to have a lot of bells and whistles but nothing new that’s useful. But at least my database still exists and I was able to find it.
And I hate that floating menu thingy.
I’m currently transferring my list over to DVD Spot.
