There used to be a Stickied thread that contained a million free virus scan links and all kinds of useful resources and opensource stuff for fucked up computers.
Where is that?
It was woefully out of date with a low signal to noise ratio. Better to just link to a good computer care forum than sticky a thread that doesn’t get maintained enough to keep it useful.

You’re right, that thread is very dated, but since the sticky glue fell off, I wasn’t sure if anyone was still referring to it. But this seems to have come up twice this week.
Thanks for linking to that. I hadn’t seen it earlier. GFactor said he might re-sticky it if the info was updated. So I’ll do that this week.
