What happens when the boards are down for a few hours?

I got a bit more work done than I would have otherwise, I think. I filed a few things and made some phone calls [this would definately have gotten done today anyway, although probably slower], worked a bit on some worksheets I’m developing [may have gotten done anyway, or maybe not. I won’t actually be needing then until next week], and did a little housekeeping on my website [which probably wouldn’t have gotten done if the board wasn’t down, to tell the truth. I added a new page that I’ve been thinking about doing for ages, but hadn’t gotten around to. More than probably I wouldn’t have done it today either, if it weren’t for this Jolly Time Waster being down].

I was working on the SDMB when it went down this morning. I just sat there and clicked Refresh until it came back up. It might have taken a while but I can’t be sure.

Oh, quite throwing reason into my argument! It ruins my smiting!

I didn’t notice the boards were even down… The Ujests were engaging in marital congress.

A True addict, I read articles out of the SD archives until the board was back up. It was the slowest work day of the year, and I literally had nothing better to do.
