My Mini-DV Cam black back, crammed with accessories, batteries, tapes, cables, etc.
A black mail-holder with stamps, labels, etc.
a wooden block filled with unpainted pencils that my kids gave to me a year ago for Father’s Day.

A large piece of natural turquoise.
A large crystal of unremembered name.
A Zeiss Ikon “Baby Camera” that came over on the boat in 1938 with Daddy.
In front of the monitor on the desk, are:
A stack of photos of the kids, I rotate them around. Books. A USB- to-FireWire cable.
Three coffee-cup pencil/pen holders. A pile of important papers, stacked up. A plastic box to hold floppy disks. My telephone desk set, with headset attached to clip.
A chalk holder.
2 B&W ASA 3200 speed Film Cannisters.
A small brass set of keys to padlocks.
A pocketwatch that was my great grandfather’s.
That’s about it, I think…Oye.
