Sounds like BS to me. Are they really that paranoid in Washington? One of my aquaintances believes the best case scenario would be: Bush is taken out by some crazed bin Ladenite, Cheney becomes president and takes on Colin Powel as his VP, then Cheney croaks and we are left with the most level-headed guy as America’s leader.
By his least in sight policy, he certainly is inviting plenty of speculation that his health is an issue. I thought the way he was breathing during the interview sounded a little like someone with congestive heart failure.
