It’s nice to know that we’ve set things up here so that anybody who has read this thread will, the next time somebody orders a “half and half,” anywhere, for any reason, will break out into hysterical laughter due to considering the possibilities of what exactly they could be ordering.

And, just for comprehensiveness, ‘half and half’ is also a dairy product, equal mixtures of milk and cream. (or halfway between them, depending on just how it’s made.) 10-12 percent milk fat.
