“a person who is a citizen of a country in North, Central, or South America”
“a person who is a citizen of the U.S.A.”

A “bad American” is one who doesn’t read the directions, and tries to get others to do their homework for them.
“Good” & “Bad” are subjective, not readily iven to factual answers. You apear new to SDMB, this question is probably best asked in “In My Humble Opinion” or, if you REALLY want answers, “The Pit.” have a nice day, and if you go to the pit, enjoy some “sarcasm pie.”
A “good” American gives me money and otherwise leaves me and my family alone. If not money, they can give me food. That I like. But no too fatty. And they remember that I need to watch my sodium.
That is also the definition for a “good” Russian, Colombian, !Kung, or any other nationality or ethinicity.
“Bad” people make me work for a living and put crap on the television when I want to watch something entertaining.

yes, this is an assignment for my ap government class. thats why i came on here to get other viewpoints - shunned already but hey, thats alright. i just wanted a few opinions for my paper…thats all…

I think you’ll get the best answers by posting this on PRAVDA. Good luck with that, I’ll keep and eye out for it.
Actually, you’re supposed to as a Mod to move your thread to the correct forum. What you did (posting the same question in two forums) is called crossposting, and is frowned upon as well. I’m sure a simple email to the mods will clear up this issue.
