There’s not really anyway I can describe it other than saying that it doesn’t have any lyrics (other than guys going “Yeah!”) and it begins with just drums, then a guitar. You know the one I mean, or you’d know it instantly when you hear it.

If it’s the commercial I’m thinking of (They show the list of PCs with the Best Value), then it is the sports arena mainstay “Rock & Roll, Pt. 2” by Gary Glitter.
Gary Glitter is also known for pleading guilty to 54 charges of possessing child pornography downloaded from the internet, so I am always a bit put off when that song is used to promote some product or sports franchise.
