That jump between 10:45 and 11:00PM seems interesting. Since you are going PST, that means 8:45 and 9:00 board time. (I’m not adjusting for DST, since we weren’t in in when you got your data.). As does the corresponding drop between 8:45 (10:45) and 9:00 (11:00) AM. Work hours, maybe?
It’s been eye-opening for me to find there are quite a few people who have taken the OP seriously enough to try to find the answer(s). Whether we have done that or not, at least we’ve given it a good college try. I’m impressed with the variety of ways (including the poll) we have taken to try to zoom in on that. My thanks for all the ideas and effort from all involved.
