…who takes calls from “listeners” who are actually himself, doing other voices? I heard something pretty outrageous on the radio this evening, and thought, “This must be that guy,” but I couldn’t remember the name.

Actually the calls are real, but the “guests” are fake. The humor comer from listening to the callers getting all worked up, not realizing they’re just the butt of a joke.
