Well, The Sheik’s Rehearsals is a bootleg, and the song “Fuck Yourself” has nothing to do with Frank Zappa–it’s a Steve Vai track that the bootleggers included for whatever reason. You can get the song legitimately (and much cheaper) on the Steve Vai CD Flex-Able Leftovers.

It is Steve himself doing just about everything on the whole track if I remember correctly.
