The white cartilage looking stuff, what is it? does your body digest it well? can consuming it help someone heal torn ligaments and cartilage better than someone who does not consume it? What about the thin, sticky, white layer on parts of chicken cutlets?
Chicken fat? Yummy, but maybe not so good for you.
Cartilage? Semi-digestible. Most of it will just pass right on through.
