What is the record for 3 point accuracy in basketball

Either in pro basketball, the NCAA or in small time tournaments, what is the record for three point accuracy. What is the average accuracy for things like amateur basketball, the NCAA or pro basketball.

Steve Kerr at .454 (wikipedia also) for the NBA

How about Steph Curry, with 13 three-pointers Monday night against the Pelicans? The first time anyone has ever hit 13 3’s in an NBA game. Curry was 4 for 17 (0.765). That is some three-point shooting!

I’d think 1 for 1 would be commonplace …

In a game, a season, a career?

The record for a career, as alterego has cited, is Steve Kerr at .454, which is quite something.

The record for a single season, assuming a certain minimum number of attempts, is .536, by Kyle Korver in 2009-2010.

don’t know how this made it into my post.

Everyone here is assuming actual game conditions, but it’s a lot higher for someone just making leisurely throws without any defenders.

Well, yeah. If someone asks about home runs I’ll assume they don’t mean pregame warmups either.

The Golden State Warriors made NBA history again by way of four players connecting on at least four 3s.
This doesn’t seem unusually difficult, so it’s surprising that it took this long to make this record.
