its basicly a poster only full of little holes so you can see out from this inside and its that cling stuff you can take off and put back on. I saw some on a car as well.
I am trying to figure out what its called and where to find/order some.

Check with print shops that deal in outdoor advertisements. It’s not something that you cna just run out and buy a roll of, but the ad shops have the necessary printers and software to convert an image into something you can still see through.
The material itself is made by 3M and is called Scotchprint.
