Pardon–it’s Aglamesis. Website found here. I realize that I’m a bit of an Aglamesis partisan, but go there–Grater’s is good and all, but Aglamesis is really something special.
Cincinnati chili is not based on a Tex-Mex recipe, but on a Greek recipe. If you aren’t expecting it, the taste can be a little strange. I like it myself.
