I remember seeing an animated film when i was a child and it is driving me nuts trying to find it.
Seemed to be sci-fi and featured a unicorn as the protagonist.
I don’t remember much about it,just a splinter in my mind driving me nuts.
It might help if you tell us when you were a child – 1960s, 1990s?
Perhaps you are thinking of the animated feature The Last Unicorn (1982).

No its not that movie,first one i found when i searched.
The thing i remember is that the movie may have been anime,human charcters had a vaguely anime-esque look.
And the unicorn looked a bit like Kimba the white lion if that makes any sense.
