My father-in-law is kind of a trash-picker, and he brought home this rack from one of the neighbors who was moving. He had it in the bathroom so I thought it was a toilet paper holder, but the rolls don’t fit it. It’s not a CD rack. What the hell is it?

It looks like a TP holder. Rolls were smaller many years ago.
It sure looks like CD storage tower(even though you say it isn’t).

My impressive identification skills are due to having a non-curvy version for DVD storage. You certainly could use it to hold toliet paper, but it wouldn’t be very practical.
Tough choice. Attending Monterey would be awesome not only for the acts, but also for the chance to rub shoulders with famous folks in the audience.
I have to go with Woodstock though, just to see the El Kabonging of Abbie Hoffman.
But would you bring your own toilet paper? Or at least your own CDs?

Heh…I wondered where that post ended up! Too many windows open at the same time! 
I say its both…a CD holder for music as well as to clean your derriere.
However, this only applies if the CDs are by Justin Bieber.
