What is wrong with this guy?

No I’m not asking about his lack of morals or blatant lack of empathy and disregard for human life. Why does this contract killer talk this way and constantly click his teeth and such? I have two theories: Either he has Tourette’s or he was a habitual abuser of stimulant drugs and his stimming during abuse got hardwired into his motor memory, what say you?

Since this requires speculation, let’s move it to IMHO.

The link isn’t working.

His rocking back and forth is typical of sufferers of a combination of hyperactivity disorder and some form of obsessive-compulsive disorder. The constant motion of the body is a way of releasing some of the energy that’s built up in his mind - probably amplified by the fact that he is physically confined in a prison. These issues can be exacerbated by the use of stimulants (as can virtually every psychological problem) but can also exist in isolation of it.

it’s also a symptom of Tardive Dyskinesia which can be brought on by some illegal drugs (ie: cocaine, and amphetamines) but is just as likely to be a side effect of anti-psychotic drugs in this case.

mc

I doubt he suffers from psychosis. He was a professional killer and had to be low key and responsible to both keep working and keep from being killed.

I noticed the clicking was only apparent when he was wearing a microphone around his neck. I’ve noticed that kind of clicking, along with substituting “sh” for "s’, in people whose false teeth or dentures are slipping. If the slippage is tiny, you really only hear it when the mic is very close to their mouths.

Given the state of the guy’s teeth, he’s clearly not wearing dentures, but I wonder if he has some sort of dental malocclusion from his missing and misshapen mouth.
