Not at all. If anyone answers that one, they’re a sock. Or making a prediction.
I was a Charter Member for a number of years, then one year I forgot to renew, and have been happily freeloading ever since. I keep saying I ought to pay for a membership again, but I never quite seem to get around to it.
Since it’s a public poll, it’s like one of those police tricks to get people with arrest warrants to come in?
Where’s the ““Charter Member” who has a Custom Title (Shiny!)” option?

Proud to be a Charter Member, although I’ve almost let it lapse a few times. I don’t have lots of posts compared to many people, but I’ve enjoyed my 15 years here.

Lapsed Charter. Let it go on accident once and figured that since I can’t get “Charter” back, I’ll just freeload from now on.

Remaining “Charter” is ridiculously important to me. Plus I feel all virtuous shelling out a few bucks to support the site and not have to look at ads. Simple pleasures for simple minds, I guess.

Regular old paid member. I feel that paying the membership fee lends a sheen of smug righteousness to my complaints about board functionality.
Me too. For $8/year this is the most cost effective entertainment I’ve got by a factor of hundreds to 1.
I am a Member who would gladly shell out a double sawbuck to get Charter Member status.
