I love so many different dishes that it’s hard to choose a favorite. But I’ve found that when paired with freshly baked garlic bread and a nice ante pasto platter, spaghetti in my homemade special sauce makes the perfect romantic dinner. Accompanied by a nice chianti, of course, with tiramisu, espresso, and Amaretto for dessert.
