Big glass of buttermilk. MMMMM!

Chocolate milk. Unless I’m eating something with chocolate, then normal milk.

One day I will have to stop drinking the stuff, and I will cry.
And be dehydrated.

The last of the reconstituted nonfat milk left in the bowl after I eat the raisin bran/blueberries/fruit bits/chopped dates. I wash down my 10 morning pills with it.

Diet Coke in a glass.

Diet Pepsi (usually) or iced tea (if I have some made). I don’t like coffee or hot beverages.

Black coffee. A nice little 32 ouncer.

A few swallows of water to wash down the pills, then it’s a 16 oz. mug with coffee, lactose free 2% milk and two splendas.

Once in a while, if I’m in a hurry, I’ll drink a glass of unsweetened iced tea or a diet Mountain Dew on the fly, but it’s usually coffee. If I’m in a mood, I’ll even do a double expresso with a shot of SF vanilla and warm milk.

Bloody Mary.

Either Coffeepeople Jet Fuel or Diedrich French Roast (K-Cups), black with a Splenda. A nice way to wake up. I love my Keurig machine.

Diet Mountain Dew if working - or at home if the rare occasion I wake up on a weekend morning without any residual hangover. If hungover, G2, preferably orange. Then Diet Mountain Dew for caffeine purposes.

First drink of the morning is room temperature water. I have my first coffee about 20 minutes after I eat. It seems to set better with my digestive system that way.

Small glass of iced coffee with 1% milk and Equal. Year-round. I am off hot coffee for some reason. My local convenience store sells a huge cup of iced coffee for 0.99. I go once a week and fill a 32 oz. cup with their cold, black stuff, then stash it in the fridge and pour off my morning portions throughout the week, adding my own milk and ice. Their coffee is so much better than I make.

A big mug with 16 oz of Mate Factor green yerba mate herbal tea with a generous amount of whole milk and honey. So mild and yummy :slight_smile:

It depends on both how I’m feeling when I get up, and what I have in the house at the time.

If I’m feeling fine, water, or orange juice.
If I’m still tired, coke or coffee, depending on if I have any coke around.
If I feel a migraine coming on when I first get up, coke or orange juice. If I lack either, I’ll settle for water.
If I wake up with severe indigestion, a glass of milk.
If it’s cold, coffee or hot chocolate.

I like my coffee hot. I take it 16 oz. at a time, with 1 teaspoon of folders instant, 3 teaspoons of cream, and 4 teaspoons of sugar.

On an aside, if I could afford it, I’d drink nothing but orange juice.
