What is your regular fix?

What do you need to have on a daily or weekly bases, without which you would really start feeling out of your element?

I need to have a cup of coffee or tea when the sun goes down every day.

I also have to have a Kabbalah energy drink every time I go to work. Without it my work really suffers.

And if I miss 24 on any given week, I become very irritable.

Must have a bean and cheese burrito and a carne asada taco at least weekly from my favorite taqueria. It puts me out of my element, and the owner, too. He starts wondering what happened to us. :smiley:

My morning drink is a quad mocha. At noonish I’ll get another 3 shot.

I’ve also started smoking again but I seem to smoke more in the morning than at night. I’ll have three cigarettes on the way to work (about 30 minutes) but only have 3-4 cigarettes during the day.

When we didn’t have the internet for three days I started twitching.

I am about to drink my morning cup of tea. No tea, and I don’t wake up.

??? I understand the word “miss” and I comprehend “24”… but put those words together and it’s just gibberish…

I need to have a really good beer at least once a week, like a nice imperial stout or belgian.

I’m rather addicted to checking my e-mail accounts all the time too.

It used to be ice cream and ranch dressing, but I’ve learned to overcome those addictions.

What do I need every week to keep me going?
Online chats with my long-distance boyfriend.

If I go too long without any of these things, I get twitchy.

I must have a cup of (decaf) tea in the evening.

This place, at least once a day (except when I’m working–luckily, I only work PT).

Chocolate–no matter how small, I need some every day.
Get outside-every day. Just to see the sky and feel the air (not when it’s 95+ outside, though)

Used to be read the paper and talk to another human, but I’m getting old and crotchetey.

In the morning, I need coffee. In the evening, tonic water and a few pretzels or crackers.

daily: these boards

weekdays: mega cuppa (44oz) with half & half and sugar

weekly: Wendy’s Chili w/chesse
Starbuck’s pre-bottled Frappachinio Drink - Mocha flavor

monthly (you know what I mean): lots o’ chocolate (preferably dark, but milk will do)

Morning coffee
Afternoon coffee or tea
Evening tea
Reading, even if just for a little while

Morning caffeinated beverage of some sort. Usually tea, but sometimes a coffeeis a nice change of pace.

Board games on Friday. Only the most extenuating circumstances cause me to miss Games Club.

Role-playing on Sundays. Every once in a while the game is canceled, and I get cranky.

Knitting. My fingers get twitchy if they’re idle for too long.

Running. I start to fantasize about it if I can’t get out and do it. Seriously. It’s a sickness.

I’ve gotta have either chocolate or coffee once a day. For the chocolate, I don’t need much, just a square to get that taste. I also only have 1 medium cup of coffee. If I go without either I think about it constantly.

Daily fix : this message board, of course!

Weekly TV fixes : Desperate Housewives, Two and a Half Men, My Name is Earl

Restaurant Fixes : Hooters (almost every Wednesday night!) ; Chinese buffet on Saturday afternoon!

Comic book fix : I visit the Great Escape in Nashville every Wednesday to pick up my new comics!

Movie fix : I catch a matinee virtually every Saturday afternoon!

“Superheroine KO Fetish” Fix : about twice a week, I watch an episode or two from my Wonder Woman DVDs, or watch one of my “sleepy-superheroine” fetish DVDs or VHS videos!

Me? Morning coffee and cigarettes. CNN news. My (prescribed) Vicoden for arthritis and a nice cheery “good morning” to kitty.
