Create the invoices and send them out
Follow-up on collections
Other misc. accounts receivable tasks
Monitor accounts payable
Initial entry of bills
Ordering and receiving.
Manage shipping and inventory (not in the sense of managing other people)
Simple secretarial duties such as occasionally typing up a document or scheduling meetings.
Assist the CFO in his duties, for example by reconciling the credit cards and gathering sales data sales commissions
Occasionally remote in to clients’ quickbooks as necessary to solve issues
Other duties as needed

Scapegoat.

Financial Admin. I was going to say “clerk” until I got down to the third-to-the-last, and working directly with the CFO kicks it up a notch.
